This Branition privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Branition ("Branition", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects, uses, discloses, and shares personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide in the Branition’s website, platform and any of its products or services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy policies, content, or security of any linked third party websites or services that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

This includes your unused logo designs and their related details, your messages, and conversations with other users, and your reports and other communications with us. Your Content. You may edit or delete your uploaded posts at any time. You can also edit or remove some other of your User Content. You are also able to access, add to, update, and delete certain Personal Information about yourself. The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Service change. However, we have no control over deletions or changes to your Personal Information and User Content if it has been shared by others or third parties. When you update your Personal Information or User Content, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. Some information may remain in our private records after your deletion of such information from your account. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through the Service.
