Logo Upload Policy

We have created a set of guidelines for uploads to ensure the logos at Branition possess the highest technical and quality aspects. Please review the following guidelines carefully. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your logo product being removed or your account getting permanently suspended.

Upload Rules
  • Logo Must be Unused. The logo uploaded must not have been used, purchased by, or belong to any company or person and must be exclusively belonging to you.

  • Logo Must be Unsold. We have no issue if you are using other platforms to sell your unused logos, however, If your logo has been sold (wheatear through Branition or elsewhere), it must then be removed immediately from Branition. We do not allow sold logos on our platform and expect uploaded logos be sold only once regardless of the marketplace.

  • Full Ownership and Vector Files Granting. You must agree to provide full ownership and vector source files to the buyer upon purchase of your unused logo.

General Requirements
  • No Personal Watermarks. We'll auto add watermark to all uploads so please refrain from adding your own watermark to the work you're uploading.

  • No Presentations. Your posts must be free from any extra presentations including mockups, images, patterns, design details style guides, etc. Also, please do not use any special effects or decorative elements on your logo design or its background.

  • No Unrelated Details. Your Post must be free from any non-logo related details including sale features, file formats, personal or contact details, etc.

  • No Multiple Variations. Please do not include multiple variations (design variations, not colors) of a logo in a single post. If you have multiple design variations for a logo, you can submit them as separate uploads.

  • No Random Name. Adding a random name next to your logomark may confuse potential customers on whether your logo has been used before or not, so if you want to include a name with your logo, you may use words like "Brand", "Company" or "Business".

    Although it's also okay if you would use standalone names that resemble your logo design and obviously and mostly do not belong to any business such as Shark or Restaurant.

  • Logotype. The logo must be as such that it resembles a "logo" and not an icon, illustration, photo, or any content other than the logo.

  • Wordmark Logos. Wordmark logos are allowed subject to that they have been modified as much as that they do not resemble the original typeface used and the license of the typeface used is granted.

Technical Requirements
  • Aspect Ratio. We accept logos in the aspect ratio of 4:3. Though we resize uploads to this aspect ratio from our side, uploads must be well fitted relative to this ratio. Also to ensure posts are of high resolution we recommend the minimum size of an upload to be 2000 x 1500 pixels.

  • Logo Size. The size of your post logo should be between the minimum and maximum allowed limit. To download and view the logo size guideline, you can either click here or download it from the Upload page. It's okay if your logos are slightly smaller or larger than the limit, however, if the difference is very noticeable, they may be removed from public display.

  • Metadata. Each upload must contain a unique title, description, and tags, all of which should be in English. All titles, descriptions, and tags must be relative to the subject matter and should be free from special characters, spelling/grammar errors, or excessively repeated words or phrases.

  • Description. We require posts to contain at least 2 lines of description and include important information about the product that helps customers answer their questions and know about the necessary details about the logo.

Legal Requirements

All logos you upload must be original content designed by you and belong to you and must be free from any copyrighted content. As soon as we detect that you have submitted copyright-infringing content, your account will be permanently closed.
